The GE 5.0 Cu Ft Smart Front Load Steam Washer combines expansive washing capacity with high-end sanitation and smart automation features. Engineered to handle massive loads like king-size comforters with ease, this front-load washing machine eliminates the common pain points of traditional washers by introducing specialized technologies aimed at maintaining freshness and preventing odor. It provides flexible configuration possibilities including undercounter, side-by-side, or vertical stacking to accommodate diverse home laundry setups.

At the heart of its odor-prevention design is the UltraFresh Vent System with OdorBlock, which pulls in fresh air to eliminate excess pooling moisture inside the drum so that the washer door can stay completely closed between cycles. This is enhanced by Microban antimicrobial technology directly infused into high-contact areas like the rubber door gasket, dispenser drawer, and internal draining system to stop odor-causing bacteria growth at the source. Convenience is further amplified by SmartDispense Technology, a bulk reservoir that holds enough liquid detergent for up to 32 separate loads and automatically calibrates the exact amount required per cycle.

For superior cleaning, the integrated PowerSteam setting introduces pure steam deep into fabric fibers to safely break apart tough stains and embedded soil before the wash begins.
